Samantha Padalino
Paralegal
Samantha Padalino is a dedicated paralegal with extensive experience in legal support and client relations. “Being involved in any criminal situation is hard on people, and I want them to know that I still care about the person behind the alleged crime,” she explains. As a key liaison between clients and attorneys, she is dedicated to thorough case preparation and meaningful client relationships.
Samantha began her legal career in Boston, Massachusetts, where she worked as a paralegal focusing on Federal and State Criminal cases, as well as Employment and Title IX matters. This experience strengthened her commitment to supporting individuals navigating challenging legal situations across the board.
At Barbieri Law Firm, Samantha continues to demonstrate her passion for the legal profession by providing attorneys and clients with efficient, compassionate, and detail-oriented support. Her proactive mindset and strong work ethic make her an invaluable asset to the team, ensuring every case receives meticulous attention and strategic assistance.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Arkansas, concentrating in Psychology, History, and Legal Studies. Her academic background equips her with a well-rounded understanding of human behavior, historical context, and legal principles. Samantha is also a member of the State Bar of Texas Paralegal Division and a Texas Public Notary.
Outside of work, Samantha is an avid sports fan—cheering for the Chicago Bears and the Arkansas Razorbacks. She enjoys exploring new cuisines, spending time with loved ones, and, as a new Texas resident, meeting new people and discovering new places.
