Didi serves as the Director of Client Services at Barbieri Law Firm, where she leads the client experience with a rare blend of strategic insight, emotional intelligence, and operational excellence. With more than 15 years of sales, client relationship and management experience, she brings a performance-driven, people-centered approach to every interaction-ensuring clients feel supported, valued, and guided from the first call through the resolution of their case.

In her role, Didi oversees intake operations, client communication systems, and service standards that allows the Barbieri Law attorneys to stay fully focused on client's legal matters. She designs and implements processes that create clarity, reduce stress, and deliver a seamless client journey. Her ability to read people, anticipate needs, and establish trust quickly is rooted in her extensive background managing high-pressure, high-stakes environments.

Before joining Barbieri Law Firm, Didi worked as a full-time Realtor, guiding clients through significant financial decisions and helping them build wealth and legacy. Combined with her long tenure in sales leadership, this experience sharpened her ability to manage negotiations, communicate value, and support clients through emotionally charged and complex transitions-skills she now applies daily to enhance the Barbieri Law Firm client experience.
